As a real estate Broker for 25 years managing over 250 single family homes and also owning a number of rentals, I have used AB Specialties, for those unusual situations where the regular painting contractors would not fit in.

As an example: when we have a relatively high priced home and the out of town owner wants us to sell it at a the top price, I have AB Specialties look at it and determine the right colors in each room, the outside color, blending the décor with the high quality paint they use.
